This site (rogerbisschoff.com) is operated by Roger Bisschoff. This page describes, plainly, what actually happens with data on this site and across its diagnostic tools.

This website

This site uses Google Analytics to understand traffic (pages visited, general location, device type). No personal account exists, and no personal data is collected beyond what Google Analytics gathers in the ordinary course. The newsletter signup in the footer does not maintain a mailing list yet — it opens a direct email to Roger.

The nine diagnostic tools

Each diagnostic tool (Operator Diagnostic, Distribution Cost Analyser, Website AI Ready Audit, Owner Retention Diagnostic, ChinaCheck, Guest Experience Score, Repeat Guest Value, Tech Stack Audit, Contribution Margin Analyser) runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not transmitted to, or stored on, any server — they exist only on your own device for the duration of your session. The one documented exception is the Website AI Ready Audit's optional "deep dive," which calls a small Cloudflare Worker specifically to check your site's own public visibility to AI crawlers; nothing else you enter in that tool is sent anywhere.
